What Every Girl Wants...

What every girl wants in her life is a little bit of romance, comedy and sometimes a little tragedy-drama. I've been thinking what I want lately and I realize that I want someone to be there. Yes, to be there always and tell me nice things, that can motivate me and make me feel special. I want a friend, I want a lover, an admirer that see deep inside your eyes and knows exactly how you feel. I want someone who can massage my feet without complaining, someone who talks to me about everything (no matter what). Someone who can enjoy life with me and let me be free.
Then...I figured that actually there's no one like that. I am expecting an ideal friend...I am not perfect, I know that for fact but am I asking much? Or it is better to be alone and not expect anything? Answer me people!

Yesterday, I went to Palmas del Mar with my friends after knowing that I had no work and that they were there having fun. I got to my house at 7:30 in the morning (today), YIKES! Hey! I had lots&lots&lots&lots of fun. Trust me. For the first time in the summer, my body felt water all over. JaJaJaJa! I haven't go to a pool since, wao, I don't even remember!

Yesterday, my friends and I went to Buffalo Wings Karoeke Night! Like always we had fun. I sang twice and both songs were of Shakira. Everybody cheers when I'm singing so I gues I must be good. It was full of people yesterday and their were familiar faces of the university. I had lots of fun! I will never forget these nights hanging out with my friends. Thank you guys for cheering me up and giving me support. I was waiting for the whole week to be thursday so I can be with you guys. I got lots of pictures just to have the good memories of you guys.

This band is one of my favorites. I remember when the cd got in my hands I didn't want to give them an opportunity. I found Fabio's voice like a girl. At first I was bothered by his keen voice but then I loved it. It was hard to take the cd off of me. LoL! I have almost all of their cd's.
The song that I love the most (well, I love all of their songs) is "Blood Red Summer". The funny thing in this song is that I never tought it was about zombies until I saw the music video. I was traumatized at the beginning but I still love the song and the video. XD

I saw the movie yesterday and trust me guys the movie is awesome. Captain Jack Sparrow is so sexy. The movie is really interesting and hey! there's is a part three! Johnny Dep is brilliant. I totally recommend this movie, I'm going to buy it when the dvd comes in the market. It's a must have!

The Meaning of Poetry in my Life

Poetry is such a strong word that contains freedom, feelings and uncertainty. Poetry means a lot to me. I found it private and unique. A way to be in touch with your inner self, so discrete yet so aware of the world to know your feelings. Poetry carries a mix of heavy and exclusive feelings, we humans, tend to feel. Poetry is hidden deep inside of you. My passion, poetry, my way to fulfill my hidden feelings...my inner self. I love poetry. It gives me purpose and life. It shows me how much I grow and how much I can grow through lines and verses. Poetry is magical. I see it that way. Poetry will be always in my heart.

I had a Dream: I was a Mermaid!

In my dream, I was walking on a lonely beach looking for a nice spot to sit and read. I found the spot and suddenly a man appears in the water. I looked at him for a moment, smile and kept reading. I've noticed while I was reading that he was looking the surroundings. He approached to shore but what was in view was his torso. He never got out of the water. He was staring at me with a smile. I stop reading and look at him. I noticed the gorgeous he is. Long dark hair, blue eyes and strong body. I thought: This can not be happening to me! He wave his hand and start laughing. I laugh back without knowing why I was laughing about. I stand and take my dress off, staying in my bikini. He waves at me to come over and I do so. I seated not to far from him in the shore. I was amazed by his eyes, they were deep blue and pure.
"Hi Omaris." he said with a charming voice.
I thought: How the hell does he knows my name?
"I know many things of you. I was waiting for you to come." he said with a big smile.
"I'm sorry...Do I know you?" I said politely.
"No. We've never met before physically." He said touching and playing with the sand.
"On the internet?" I said doubting.
"No, you are so funny." He starts laughing.
Suddenly I saw a weird movement under water. Like a big fish coming near me. I hurriedly stand and got out screaming.
"OH MY GOD! THERE'S A BIG FISH! GET OUT!" I yelled scared.
He looks at me serious for a moment like disappointed.
"Are you scared of fish?" He ask a little sad.
"Some fish like sharks bite your flesh off!" I said it in a funny way but still scared.
"OH!" He said laughing a bit confused.
I was near him but in the sand. He looked at me smiling.
"There's nothing come sit beside me." He said politely.
I obediently sat beside him. I was admiring his well formed chest and then I went straight to his face, his lips and eyes.
"I've been waiting my entire life for you. I thought you will never come and here you are. It's like a dream." He said touching softly my cheeks. I started to blush.
"Why you said that? Where do you know me?" I ask confused keep looking at his beautiful eyes.
"Destiny." He replied mysteriosly.
I look down and suddenly saw the same weird movement under water. He grabs my hand and put it in his chest. I felt his heart beating strongly. With his other hand he soflty touch my cheek.
"I am the big fish that you see." He said it sad and disappointed. He pulls up his big radiant tail. My eyes open wide.
"Omaris...I know that destiny played us a trick but my love for you is invincible. I could do whatever you want. I don't want to let go of you."
"You are a MERMAID?!" I said in wonder.
"A merman." He said with sadness.
"I don't know your name...you are a merman!" I said in wonder again.
"I'm sorry. It was foolish of me to believe that you will respond to my love." He said with tears in his eyes.
"Hey...Don't cry. I'm here and you are here. That's what matters. I feel confused that's all. Don't get to conclusion so quick. At least, you are not going to bite my flesh off." I'm saying the last part laughing. He laughs too.
"No...you silly." He said softly coming near me and kissed me.
That kiss was really magical. I felt that I belong to him, that my sadness and loneliness were completely erased. I did understand what he meant of destiny. I felt in love.
"My name is _______" he said. (I don't remember his name :p)
I nodded looking at his eyes, he kissed me again and again. (WoooHooo!)
After a while, we were hugging each other looking at the horizon.
"Come with me." He said kind of scared of the answer.
"Ok." I answered.
He gave me something I can't recall to eat but before I ate it.
"Will I be able to come back?" I asked.
"Yes. If you want I can stay here with you." He said.
"We can go and come back? I mean together, right?" I ask a bit afraid.
"Whatever you want, my dear. I know this world fatigues you. We can give it a try in my world and then in yours." He said.
"Ok. Let's try it that way." I answered.
I ate whatever it was and I felt weird inside like everything deep in my was changing. I look at my feet and they were turning into a bunch of scales and joining together forming a huge tail. A beautiful pink and silverish tail, I was a mermaid.
"You are so beautiful. Let's go." he said grabbing my hand and kissing it.
We both swam deep in the sea.

This is not the end of the dream many things happened but hey this is the best part and another one that is rated xxx. LoL. It's just a dream. What can I say, you know I won't leave my dog behind.

Rebellion: Why I Do Not Need a Boyfriend?!

The majority of men have the same behaviour towards women. The behaviour of "selfishness" making women the center of entertainment and their rag dolls. They only seek for you when they are in need if the contrary happens you are too sticky and you don't let them be. If you protest and fight for your stand: "You are a fighter" and "You are impossible to be with". If you tell them the truth there are always shitty excuses for them to make so they can look like they are the ones right and you are wrong. Why I should have a boyfriend that only cares for you when he's in need of attention? Besides, what is the purpose of men? Just for reproduction and "pleasure". I put "pleasure" in quotation marks because some of them are selfish and they don't care about your satisfaction. Why have a men like that? Yes. I honestly give up in searching my half because I got to the conclusion that there's no need for a half ; I am already whole. I can't stand their selfishness, their complexity and chauvinistic manner. The "I am the one you need" like if they were really that important to return a phone call. You know what: I am tired of that stupid, shitty behaviour of men. I rather stay alone that with some moron that pretends that you are his maid. Another thing that makes mad is that they always depicts you even in your list of goals. When you achieve something big or have plans for it, they give you "advice" saying to you the worst thing that could happen, like you can't handle things by yourself and that nothing is going to be alright. Or like how can you think you are going to do that? It makes me sick just by knowing that they think of you really low. I hope you now understand why I give up. A woman like me don't need a boyfriend. They are just pain in the ass and a headache forcing you down for their own purposes forgetting that you are a thinker.

Funny Moments

Tommy and Mer

The two persons that appear in this picture are: Tommy and Merlene. This picture was taken in October,2005. We celebrated Halloween in the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao. Many of us came dressed in a disguise that identified us. Tommy is dressed as Doctor Phil Good and Merlene, well, she has a sign saying "Caution: Enter if you dare". I had lots of fun, I am eager for this October Halloween costume party.
I want to say to Tommy and Merlene...the experssion in this picture is priceless. Love you lots guys!

My beautiful Mommy

This is my mother. She is 42 years old. She is young! Well, she had me when she was 19, I guess.
Mom, I will always love you. Whenever you are and whatever you do...don't think that I hate you. I can't, I'm your daughter and you are my mother. The fact that we have the same blood, the same genes, the same smile can't take back that we belong together. Oka- san, take care and God bless you.
